Description: The ISP40 Sump Pump System includes a submersible sump pump and a Power Supply / Battery Charger (PS/BC). Motor is state-of-the-art brushless integral processor. Backup power is supplied by two 12-volt batteries (not included). The system is designed for home sump applications. When an electrical power outage occurs, the PS/BC automatically switches the sump pump to battery power so it will continue to pump water- battery backup. Using LEDs, the PS/BS also alerts you to potential problems. Throw out that old fasion backup standby pump system.

Microprocessor based Sump Pump controller manages the power, communication and control needs of the Sump Pump System. Microprocessor monitors the incoming power availability and makes the decision when to run on 120V AC and when to switch to battery operation. SmartCharger manages battery capacity to ensure it is always ready to provide power. For battery life expectancy see the series page. The sumpmaster switch is inside the SS housing.
