The New Rim-Skirt™ is primarily used when you're installing the New Flat-Track™ System on top of the footer. [To learn more about the Flat-Track™ System click here] The Rim-Skirt™ makes the Flat-Track™ System a versatile product that can be used for a range of jobs.
The Rim-Skirt™ incorporates an above style floor system with a footer system. The Rim-Skirt™ cuts labor and job costs as there is no trenching or digging associated with a footer system. Rim-Skirt™ collects and channels water from walls and overflowing window wells directing it to the Flat-Track™ System.
The multi-fascisted profile of the Rim-Skirt™ maintains rigidity and integrity while concrete is poured over the system. This unique design allows water to flow freely through a Rim-Skirt™ despite imperfections in the basement walls. Unsightly wave deformity is a way of the past. Wave deformities are not an issue with the Rim-Skirt™ as seen in competitor's products.
