Drain-Eze™ System
Used in conjunction with our NEW Flat-Track™, Drain-Eze™ is a great addition to all sub-floor basement waterproofing products. The Drain-Eze™ creates a 3/8" space between the floor and wall that collects water and channels it across the footing to the Flat-Track™ or drain tile. The Drain-Eze™ design uses expandable bi folds that adapt to the varying contours between the wall and the footer. The bi fold design virtually eliminates all unwanted wave deformities visible in other L-shape designs.

The Drain-Eze's™ unique combination of dimples and troughs give the system special features. The vertical part along the wall uses troughs for two reasons. First, troughs are more rigid than dimples and second, troughs are much easier to trowel against than dimples. The troughs make this system a breeze to work with and around when pouring the concrete basement floor. Dimples are used in the horizontal or footing part of the Drain-Eze™ System to allow more flex as is needed when footings are uneven or if installed over rough surfaces like rocks. Patent Pending.
